With a background in Informatics and three years of professional UX/UI experience, I specialize in untangling complex systems and turning them into intuitive, human-centered experiences. I approach every project with curiosity and compassion, designing not just for users, but for people - imperfect, busy, and human. My goal is always the same: to reduce friction, create clarity, and deliver experiences that matter.

I've always been fascinated by how people interact with systems, whether that's navigating a government website, making decisions under pressure, or finding a sense of belonging in an online community. What excites me most is not the interface itself, but the human moments behind it: confusion turned into clarity, frustration into ease, hesitation into confidence. My background in Informatics gave me the tools to recognize patterns and structures; my career in UX has taught me how to transform them into experiences that truly serve people. I believe the best solutions are never built alone. They come from listening, testing, iterating, and learning together.
